A revolutionary precinct

Thanks to the Riverway precinct, Itara at Riverway residents will be part of Thuringowa’s cultural, social and retail hub.  Riverway is the largest development project undertaken by the Thuringowa City Council and will create a unique identity for the city.  The 26ha development stretches along 11 km of the Ross River, with four developments nodes proposed at Pioneer Park, Loam Island, Apex Park and Ross Dam.
